The Challenge

Users struggled to complete common tasks like transfers and bill payments. The existing app felt cluttered, with inconsistent patterns across flows.

Process

  • Discovery: Stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing on the current product
  • Define: Personas, journey maps, and prioritized problem statements
  • Design: Low-fidelity wireframes → interactive prototypes → polished UI
  • Validate: Usability sessions with 8 participants; iterated on navigation and error states

Outcomes

  • Reduced steps for core flows by ~30%
  • Established a scalable component library for the product team
  • Improved task completion rates in moderated testing
